OUR PROCESS

Our crew arrives punctually to meet with your site supervisor to discuss the day’s objectives. The initial inspection includes a physical count of drains, basins and pits to ensure that all covers and grates can be successfully opened and therefore cleaned. If not, solutions are discussed so that your supervisor can decide on the best course of action.

AREA DRAINS

Drain covers are cleaned, filter baskets are emptied out. Debris is vacuumed from the drain line and a high pressure water hose is used to flush sand, silt and salt down to the catch basins. Screws are replaced.

CATCH BASINS

Grating is cleaned; the track is cleared of dirt. The water and sludge are vacuumed out.

TRENCH DRAINS

Since these are usually at the bottom of the ramp, we clean one side at a time to allow normal vehicular flow. The grating is cleaned, the track cleared and the debris is either vacuumed or shovelled into burlap bags (leaves and humus). The drain line is flushed, the grating replaced.

OUTSIDE CATCH BASINS AND DRAINS

These items are also cleaned by our staff.

FINISH AND CLEAN UP

All items cleaned will be marked with a bright spot of paint to show which items were completed. A work order will be presented to your staff for approval and a signature.
